Access to this site is subject to compliance with these General Conditions of Use. Any Internet user wishing to access them must have read these General Conditions of Use and the Confidentiality Policy in advance and undertakes to respect them without reservation. MOOCit reserves the right to refuse access or to exclude, without prejudice to any damage and interest for the user and without prior notification, any user who does not respect the General Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy and also remove any contribution or comment, particularly in the event of an infringement under French law or in the event of a third party claim.

Rules of conduct of the user

MOOCit also reserves the right to withdraw all or part of the content, information and data of any kind that the user has put online on the MOOCit platform.

Rules for using content broadcast on MOOCit

The content (texts, courses, photographs, videos, etc.) distributed on MOOCit can only be used for strictly personal purposes.

Unless the conditions of use of the online courses provide otherwise, the user is prohibited from reproducing and / or using the brands and logos present on the MOOCit site, as well as from modifying, assembling, decompiling, attributing, to license, transfer, copy, translate, reproduce, sell, publish, use and distribute in any format whatsoever, all or part of the information, texts, photos, images, videos and data present on this site. Rules for using the content you distribute on MOOCit

Jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Use and its two annexes are governed by the law and the French language.

The user of the MOOCit site accepts that any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution of these General Conditions of Use, appendices and / or grievance related to the operation of this site be settled before a jurisdiction within the jurisdiction of MOOCit and this including in the event of summary proceedings, request or multiple defendants.
