About This Course

The Data Statistics Dashboard supports cultural heritage professionals in their work by giving detailed information about the live data in Europeana. Cultural heritage professionals, aggregators, policy makers, creatives, expert community members and Europeana staff can use the dashboard to support their work.

It allows users to filter and compare this information to fit their needs. And it supports reporting of changes in the data by sharing and downloading reports in standardised formats.

Learning goals

By completing this training you will be able to:

  • Come up with use cases of the data statistics dashboard for your work
  • Use the data statistics dashboard independently for these use cases

Completion of these goals will be done by completing the questions after each section.

Requirements

For this training you will need:

  • Signup to this course
  • The Data Statistics Dashboard open in a new browser window or another browser application. Do not open the Data Statistics Dashboard in a separate tab, as this will delete cached information used by the dashboard.
  • Headphones to listen to the instruction videos if you are in a shared office space.
  • 90 minutes of your time to complete the course. It is advised to complete the training in one day.
  • The user guide to look up information that was explained in the instruction videos.

The training consists of 5 sections. Each section is introduced with short instructional videos.
